We had a wonderful stay at this hidden gem in the Italian Alps. The apartment was beautifully decorated and had all the necessary amenities. The views from our terrace were absolutely breathtaking. The host, Nellie, and her family were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. We also loved the option to have our own private jacuzzi and sauna, perfect for unwinding after a day of skiing.

The hotel breakfast menu could use some improvement by offering a wider variety of options.

The apartment was spotlessly clean and incredibly comfortable, with stunning mountain views. The décor and furnishings were stylish and tasteful. The hosts, Nelly and her mum, were outstanding - friendly, helpful, and always available for a chat or to give great tips. The location was ideal, with easy access to nearby attractions. And the best part? We had free use of mountain bikes and there was a fantastic bike path right next to the apartment. Even if you're not a cycling enthusiast, you can still enjoy the breathtaking scenery just moments away.

The only downside was that my wife found the mattress a bit too firm for her liking. Other than that, our stay was absolutely perfect.

I keep coming back for the great hospitality and comfortable amenities. I especially like the help I received in finding a car service during my first stay. The Wi-Fi, free parking, electric kettle, and cookware are just a few of the amenities that suit me perfectly. Looking forward to my next city break!

Not easy to find late at night - couldn't see an obvious sign.

Helpful host, clean and comfortable accommodation, well-equipped kitchen, and personal outdoor space. Historical building with attention to detail, passionate hosts, clean and neat apartments. Spa is a great way to relax. Aostan-style decoration, fantastic spa, helpful and friendly staff.

The room at Souvenir De Tsaneli was cozy and comfortable, making me feel right at home. I loved the well-equipped kitchenette with a dishwasher, perfect for preparing meals. The satellite TV kept me entertained during my downtime, and the seating area was a nice spot to relax.

Personally, I found the shower in the bathroom a bit small, but others might still find it adequate.

we had a relaxing couple of nights in roisan and souvenir de tsaneli exceeded our expectations. the friendly host spoke good english, recommended great places to eat, and the hot tub and sauna were a wonderful bonus after a rainy day.
